Q1. What is your pick-up area?
Pick-up can be scheduled in any part of the Greater Toronto Area, but there will be a pick up charge associated. You can also arrange a time to drop items off at our location — 1172 Davis Drive in Newmarket (see Google Maps).

Q2. Once I've agreed to use your service, how long does it take for you to pick up my stuff, and how long does it take for you to sell it?
Once we have agreed that Store & Sell It will work to sell your items, pick-up is scheduled ideally for sometime in the same week. Alternatively, you can drop off your items any time at our location at 1172 Davis Drive in Newmarket (see Google Maps). Once an item is listed, it generally sells within about two weeks, but this time can vary drastically depending on the type and value of item to be sold. Our consignment period is 90 days.

Q3. When you pick up my stuff, where does it go?
Once your items are picked up, they are transported to our storage and showroom facility at 1172 Davis Drive in Newmarket (see Google Maps). If you choose to drop items off, they can be dropped off at the same location. This storage and showroom facility is located within Apple Self Storage.

Q4. What happens if my stuff doesn't sell?
It's unlikely that we will not be able to sell your items, but if that happens, you have the choice of either coming to our facilities and picking your items up, organizing delivery back to you (a small fee will apply), choosing to re-start the consignment for another 90 days (perhaps at a lowered price), or donating the items to a local charitable organization or Store & Sell It's Charity Garage Sale.

Q5. How can I be sure my things are secure once I've consigned them to you?
We are responsible for what happens to your things for the full term of the consignment period. All consignment items are covered under an agreement that binds both you and Store & Sell It to our obligations to each other. Once the items are dropped off (or picked up from you), your things are considered to be in our possession. We will always either provide to you the item you left us in the same condition as you left it (or possibly cleaner), or provide to you what is due to you from the sale. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us!

Q6. How can I be sure that my items are selling for the maximum possible price?
We are experienced Trading Assistants who know how to avoid scams, while ensuring you get top dollar for your products. Items sold in eBay auctions fetch up to 50% more than offline auctions, and four times more than traditional liquidation channels, according to independent research reported by www.Webpronews.com.

Q7. Does selling with Store & Sell It require personal information?
When you use Store & Sell It, we do not disclose any personal information about you to anyone. Selling on eBay, Craigslist, Kijiji, etc., typically requires the release of personal information, but at Store & Sell It the auction for your items is handled under the name of the auction management company Webolta, and not under your own name.

Q8. What is your return or exchange policy?
We, at Store & Sell it, sell everything on an as-is-where-is basis. As the majority of the furniture we sell is used, it can be expected that there can be slight imperfections or small scratches. We commit to you, our customers, that we will explain and bring attention to these imperfections as best we can before you buy a piece. The only situations where we can offer a refund is if we break or cause damage to a piece while we are delivering it, or if we have misrepresented an item in our description. All other situations are deemed to be final sale.

Q9. What are your hours?
We're open Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9am-5pm, Tuesday/Thursday 9am-6pm, and Saturday 10am-2pm.
We're located at 1172 Davis Drive in Newmarket (see Google Maps).
